Submit Claim

You must submit a Claim Form by U.S. mail or through the Settlement Website, and it must be postmarked by April 23, 2025, or, if submitted online, submitted by 11:59 pm ET on April 23, 2025.

Claim Deadline

Your exclusion request must be sent to the Administrator and postmarked no later than April 23, 2025.

Opt-Out Deadline

If you wish to object, you must file your objection with the Court  and mail your objection to the Clerk of the Court, Class Counsel and Defendant's Counsel, and your objection must be postmarked by April 23, 2025.

This is not a solicitation from a lawyer.&nbsp;A Settlement &nbsp;has been reached in a class action lawsuit about whether OneMain Financial Group, LLC (“OneMain”) sent Consumer Account Communications between 9:00pm and 8:00am in violation of the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (“FCCPA”). OneMain denies the allegations and any wrongdoing. The Court has not decided who is right. The Settlement offers payments to Settlement Class Members who file timely, correct, verified, and valid Claims.&nbsp; Your legal rights are affected whether you act or do not act.
